When you are ready to bid click “Bid Now” on the auction page. Enter your bid amount in the Bid Amount box. You can either enter a one time bid or use our automated system to bid on your behalf up to a set maximum.
Managing your account, your current bids, and your auctions is simple. Just click the sign-in link at the top of the page and you'll be taken straight to your account.
The bidding process is determined for each individual property and will last between 5-30 days. There is a countdown clock on the bid page indicating how much time is left to bid.
The reserve price is a confidential number, but once the reserve price is met, the Bid Page will indicate that the reserve price has been met.
If the property has met or exceeded its reserve price at the conclusion of the bidding, an email will notify the winning bidder that the contract process will begin. Our purchase contract and simple instructions will be delivered via Docusign.
Buyer's must pay for the items purchased through this site within 48 hours. By bidding, you are acknowledging that you have completed all due diligence and that you understand this is a legal commitment to purchase. The Lot Store retains the rights to terminate a buyer's rights to use this site in the event a buyer fails to perform the obligations to settle on a completed auction.
Please check the specific auction listing details for all the information we have on the property. Buyer's are welcome to view the property at any time prior to the auction ending.
If you are outbid for a property, you should receive an email notification indicating that you have been outbid. You should also receive an alert in your My Alerts folder within your bidder account. In addition, you can always look at the Bid Page under the countdown clock to see the current leading bidder.

At this time, we accept all debit or credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
The security of your payment information is very important to us and we never store your credit card number or your security code. We are fully PCI-DSS compliant, and we meet and exceed all industry standards for cardholder security.

Once the auction has ended, we will send out the purchase agreement via DocuSign, along with the payment instructions via email. We accept all major credit or debit cards for payment.
The Lot Store has two different auction categories. On our Down Payment auctions, you are bidding on the down payment only, and the seller financing terms are listed in the auction description. On our paid in full auctions, you are bidding on the full purchase price of the property.
If you won a paid in full auction, your deed will be notarized and sent to the circuit clerk for recording within 24 business hours from the time we receive the signed purchase agreement and your payment in full. If you won a down payment only auction, the deed will be notarized and sent to the circuit clerk for recording within 24 business hours after the property has been paid off.
